The open-air booth typically needs around a 10 by 10 foot space. The roamer style needs a slightly larger footprint. We'll confirm exact requirements once we know your venue layout.

We typically arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your event starts to set up and test everything, so it's ready to go the moment your guests arrive. 

Yes. Every booking includes a professional on-site attendant who manages the booth, assists guests, and handles any technical issues throughout the event. 

Absolutely. Guests can receive their photos or video clips instantly via text or QR code, and a full digital gallery is delivered to you within 24 hours of your event. 

Yes. Guests can use the booth as many times as they like during your booked hours. There's no cap on sessions or prints. 

Yes, this is a popular add-on. One copy of each print goes into a keepsake book that guests sign, giving you a personal memento from every person who stepped into the booth. 

Our on-site attendant handles any issues in real time. We also bring backup equipment as a standard precaution, so your event is never disrupted. 

We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months ahead for general events and 12 to 16 months ahead for weddings. Our team members are often booked beyond that timeframe. If your event is sooner, we'll still do our best to find a great fit. But booking early gives you the best selection.
